Negative: On my last day, I wanted to request a late check-out but there was no one at the reception the whole morning. At 11, I called the number provided, and the person who answered said they would call me back immediately. I gave them my number, but no one called. I ended up leaving around 11:15, and surprisingly, they only called me at 2:30 asking if I wanted a late check-out. Very strange and disappointing to experience this kind of service at a hotel reception.

Positive: Location was good, check in and check out was very smooth. It offers breakfast which was basic but good except for lack of toaster which is a must requirement for breakfast. It’s a no frills hotel so don’t expect premium service.
Negative: Rooms were not very clean, there was dust and crumbs on the desk when we checked in. No tea cups and in one room no tea bags either. Had to pay 20 CHF for parking. At breakfast the toaster was not working!!!

Positive: Close to Zurich, new hotel, comparatively clean.
Negative: View from the room to the road, building block and railroad. Mould in the bathroom, no cleaning during stay- only towel change. No soap on the room. For 2 days and 3 people in the room we were only given 2 small packs of body wash.
